Therefore, we are pleased to announce that our Law Clerk, John Park, who has worked closely with Paul Michaelson for the last two years, will be joining us now as an attorney!
John graduated in 2005 from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Minor in Korean-which he speaks fluently. After graduation in 2005, he worked in the mortgage industry for over 2 years before pursuing a dual degree-JD/MBA at UNLV. He participated in the formation and management of several student organizations throughout his time at UNLV. He was an extern for the Honorable Abbi Silver of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. He recently received the CALI Award (top grade in class) for legal writing and he made the Dean's list in 2011. John is married and has two beautiful daughters.
Here at M&A, John will not only practice in the Estate Planning and Corporate realm but will assist us in developing a new area of practice-Franchise Law. We are so grateful to have John Park on our team and know that you will enjoy getting to know him as well!
