Solving Problems From the Bottom Up

I believe the economic difficulties we face in the world will be solved one home, one neighborhood, one community at a time.  The best solutions come from the bottom-up, not from the top down.  If people will work together at the grass-roots level, we can solve anything.   What do you think?
