M&A is sponsoring two upcoming special presentations on June 25^th  at 10:00 am and June 30^th at 6:00 pm at the Henderson Green Valley Residence Inn, located at 2190 Olympic Ave., Henderson, NV 89014. Homestead-Simple Asset Protection

      Nevada has a great Homestead Law that allows you to file a simple form and receive up to $550k (per claimant) of asset protection on the equity in your home. (See NRS 115) Here is the form you will need to complete and file with the Clark County Recorder's Office. You may only file a Homestead for your primary residence in Nevada. You will need to have a CERTIFIED or BUSINESS check made payable to the Clark County Recorder's Office for $14 for the recording of this document.
